Jet-lag: Heavy. Flew from JFK NYC to Barcelona via Madrid on the red-eye, drove up the coast and crashed out.

Trivia: Aigua Blava is a small bay on the Costa Brava, near Begur with a well kept small public beach (busy in the summer months) and a few mainly seafood restaurants. It is a popular mooring place for sailing and motor boats.
