Reason for visit: Assignment for ESPN the Magazine travelling through Switzerland with Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger as he retraced his Swiss Ancestry on a junket organized by Swiss Roots.
Travel companion: Ben and his family, ESPN writer, a whole gaggle of US reporters and the Pittsburgh Steelers photographer (read here) and videographer.
Bed: Comfy
Hotel dining: Fabulous

Would I stay here again: Yes
Room rating on a scale of one (being the worst) to ten (being the best): 7 for the view, the food and the hospitality. The room itself was pretty simple.
Weather: Damp
Local attractions: Cheese
Trivia: Ben injured himself pretty badly a few weeks after our trip in a now infamous motorbike accident. The story we worked on for the magazine naturally took a turn from what was originally intended.
